This policy explains what personal information CASEKING ("we", "us") collects when you visit casekingusa.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give one), the items you buy, and payment details. Payment card numbers are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us: your email address and anything you include in your message, such as photos of a damaged case.
When you browse the site: information about your device and visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
When you leave a review: your name or initials, your review, and any photos you add.
When you sign up for our newsletter: your email address.
How we use it
- To make, ship and deliver your order, and send order and shipping updates
- To answer your questions and handle replacements and refunds

Who we share it with

- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
- Printify and its print partners, who print and ship your case. They receive your name, shipping address and order details
- Shipping carriers, who deliver your package
- Payment providers such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which help us measure visits and show ads
- Review services such as Judge.me, if you leave a review
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights
