These terms apply when you use casekingusa.com or buy from CASEKING ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.

2. Our products

Our phone cases are printed to order through our production partner. We show each design as accurately as we can, but product photos are digital previews: colors and pattern placement on your case may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and the exact position of the design can differ a little between phone models. These small variations aren't defects.

You're responsible for choosing the correct phone model and options before you order.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

We may change prices, designs and products at any time. Price changes don't affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

You agree to give accurate payment and billing information. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and their terms also apply.

5. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Shipping times, cancellations and our replacement and refund rules are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say so, and may have an expiry date or other conditions shown with the offer.

7. Our content and designs

The designs, logo, photos, text and other content on this site belong to CASEKING or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Buying a case doesn't give you any right to reproduce its design.

8. Reviews and messages

If you post a review or send us photos or feedback, you confirm it's yours to share and give us permission to use it, including on our site and social media, without payment. Don't post anything unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it, or to try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

10. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use services run by others, such as payment providers. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer

Our cases are designed to protect your phone from everyday bumps and drops, but no case can prevent all damage. Except as stated in our Refund and Returns Policy and as required by law, the site and products are provided "as is", without other warranties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CASEKING isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including damage to your phone. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
